FIRE DAMAGE REBUILD
R A Parker were the appointed contractor to carry out major building works to a garage and first floor flat after the building caught fire. The works involved taking the roof off, rebuilding the brickwork and block work and fitting the building back out to a habitable standard.
EXTON PARK VINEYARD
We were the appointed contractor to carry out the construction of Exton Hall based in the grounds of Exton Park Vineyard. The works were carried out over two phases (Phase 1 being the lower ground and Phase 2 being the construction of the Main Hall).
ASHEWOOD BARN
R A Parker were the appointed contractor for carrying out the renovation of Ashewood Barn. This included an extension to the building as well as a full internal and external refurbishment.
NEW BUILD
R A Parker were tasked with demolishing an old and life expired bungalow to form a modern and homely 5 bedroom house.
LANDSCAPING
